Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SNDX) experienced a significant rise of 19% in premarket trading. The clinical stage biopharmaceutical company announced that it will soon release the topline results from its trial of Revumenib, a potential treatment for certain forms of leukemia.
The shares of AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (AMC) increased by 2%. It was reported by Variety over the weekend that talks are underway to directly distribute a concert film of Beyoncé's "Renaissance World Tour" through AMC, following their previous deal to distribute the concert film "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" starting from October 13.
Chinese auto makers also experienced positive gains as shares of Xpeng Inc. (XPEV), NIO Inc. (NIO), and Li Auto Inc. (LI) rose by more than 1% each. These three companies collectively delivered an impressive total of 66,831 vehicles in the past month, showcasing a year-over-year gain of 116% and achieving the second-best sales month ever.

- On the other hand, shares of SmileDirectClub Inc. (SDC) tumbled by 63% in premarket trading. The teeth-straightening company voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after its founders committed to assist in recapitalizing the company, which had gone public four years ago.
